ANSWER: We offer specifications for each mattress on the site. Your local store should have several different brands that will come close to matching these specifications and feel. Simply print out the page or pages of the models that interest you and take it with you to compare specs.

QUESTION: How much does it cost to ship?

ANSWER: Shipping varies depending on your proximity to phoenix. The farther you are the more it will cost. average cost for a queen set is $149, king set is $179. Exact shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Some latex mattresses can be shrink wrapped and shipped via FedEx for a much lower cost. Our best selling model, the Adjustable Ultra Plush Latex Mattress, is designed to ship via FedEx for a much lower cost. See web site for other models.

QUESTION: Is there sales tax?

ANSWER: There is no sales tax on shipments made outside the state of Arizona. This savings often covers most of the shipping charges!

QUESTION: What if I get it and I don't like it?

ANSWER: Send it back within 30 days for a full refund less all shipping charges.

QUESTION: Will the freight company also set up the mattress set?

ANSWER: No. We do not have those services available to us on a nationwide scale. The freight company will simply deliver to your driveway or complex. It is your responsibility to get it from that point into your residence. The freight company does offer an "inside delivery" at an additional charge of $52 but it does not include setup. We find that most drivers will bring the mattress inside the house if you offer to tip them $20 or so.
